When can I Pickup My Order?
If you have placed an order for pickup-in-store, you will receive email communication to the email address you used to place your order.
YOU WILL HAVE 5 DAYS FROM TIME OF PLACEMENT TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER.
You will receive at least 2 emails through this process:
- Order confirmation - this will confirm your order has been recieved at the store
- Your Order Is Ready for Pickup - WAIT for this email before traveling to your chosen store of pickup
Other emails you may receive regarding this order:
- Out of Stock - unfortunately, sometimes inventory goes quickly, and a store will be unable to fill your in-store pickup order. We will always notify you of this as soon as we are aware. In most cases, we are able to offer free expedited shipping to get this item to you via carrier, instead of pickup.
- Pickup Reminder - If life gets in the way and you find yourself a little late to pickup the item (it happens), we will send pickup reminders. If an order is not picked up within 5 days, it will be cancelled and you will NOT be charged.
- Pickup Confirmation - We will also send a confirmation when the order is picked up.
Please remember to also keep an eye out for order verification emails - if we need extra information to confirm your order, delays in replying to these inquiries can extend your pickup times.
