What Is The "Dress Code" At Zumiez?
There is no formal dress code at Zumiez. It’s important that our employees meet our customer’s expectation of an authentic and credible understanding and appreciation of their lifestyle. Employees aren’t required to wear clothing of any specific design, color, or brand.
What Can I Expect During A Zumiez Interview
The interview experience may vary from store to store, but we want our interview process to provide you with an insight into the experience of working on one of our stores, our distrbution center, or our home office. The job interview process is fun, challenging, involves teaching and learning, and provides a competitive atmosphere. There may be questions or conversations about our best-selling brands, customer service philosophies, or just engaging conversation starters. Most importantly, you should just be yourself, and be able to walk away from the interview process knowing a whole lot more about Zumiez than you did when you arrived. Remember, any job interview should be as much about you interviewing the company to see if we are the right fit for you, as the company interviewing you!
