Shipping To A PO Box?
If the delivery address you have selected is a P.O. Box within Canada, please be advised that orders may take longer to be delivered. This is because Canada Post is the only carrier that can deliver to P.O. Boxes, so all packages must be handed off to them before delivery. This process may take several days, even if expedited delivery is chosen.
For example, shipping to a PO box with Next Day Air will not arrive in the same window as it would to a normal address, even if you pay for this service.
Please also be advised you may not have daily tracking updates in this instance, as the tracking may change when the package is in transit with Canada Post.
