Signatures Upon Delivery

Some packages may require signature upon delivery. This is sometimes at the request of Zumiez and sometimes a carrier decision, and it is always made in order to protect the consumer from theft.

It may be possible to request delivery changes through the carrier. These changes are made at the customer's risk, as no investigations or claims will be allowed when the customer chooses to alter delivery instructions.
