I Need to Return an Item I Bought on Social Media

Policies for ordering through Social Media 

  • Information on your order's progress can be found within your social media app.​ You will not be able to track your order on zumiez.com.
  • No changes can be made to orders once they are placed, including but not limited to: address, name, and email.​
  • There is a 1-day processing time before shipment for all orders placed on Instagram. You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready to ship.​

Returning items you purchased through Social Media

  • Initiate your request for a return through social media.
  • You will receive instructions for mailing back your return via email. You can also find those instructions here.
  • Items purchased through social media CANNOT be returned in a Zumiez store. All social media returns must be mailed in.
  • Your refund for a returned social media item will go back to your original form of payment, except in the case of Paypal.
  • Items purchased with Paypal will be refunded in the form of a Zumiez Gift Card.

Returning items you purchased through Social Media

  • Visit your local Zumiez store.
  • You may exchange an item at equal value. If new item exceeds value of exchanged item, customer is responsible for remaining balance.
  • Exchanges cannot be completed through our mail in return center, only returns.
