Claiming Online Orders

To claim a purchase made online, use your Stash phone number when you check out on the website, and your points will be applied automatically within a few days. If you did not claim the points at the time of purchase:

• Wait for your package to arrive in the mail (you cannot claim your points before this time)
• Visit The Zumiez Stash
• Click “Activities”
• Scroll to the bottom and click “enter receipts”
• Under “Enter an Online Receipt” enter the following:
  • Shipping Order number
  • Total price
  • Date of purchase (from the invoice packed with your order.)
    

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will enter each invoice separately.
