E-Gift Cards
What is an E-Gift Card?
An e-gift card is delivered to the recipient via their email address, and is available for use at Zumiez.com and in U.S. Zumiez stores. The recipient will simply print out their gift and use it right away!
More info about e-Gift Cards:
- E-Gift Cards are sent via email immediately upon completion of payment verification. In many cases, this will be within a few hours, and may take up to 24 hours. Please provide accurate billing contact information in order to facilitate the verification process.
- When you purchase an e-gift card, payment is processed as soon as the order information is verified. If you have requested immediate delivery of the gift card, an email will be sent within 2 hours of the order being verified.
- If you have requested delayed arrival of your e gift card, your payment will still be processed right away and the gift email will be sent to the recipient on the morning of the date requested.
- Gift cards should be treated as cash. Retaining the sales receipt and gift card number can help if the card is missing or damaged, but please be advised, we cannot refund or replace a Gift Card without the FULL gift card number to validate funds. Please contact Customer Care if you have this information, and we will do everything we can to replace the card. We can only replace the value remaining at the time the loss is reported.
How fast will my E-Gift Card be receieved?
Every E-Gift Card follows the same steps:
- You place the order and receive the confirmation email
- Your order is reviewed by our Order Verification team for cardholder safety (we'll send you an email if there are any issues)
- Any physical items on your order are processed for shipment (if applicable)
- The E-Gift Card is sent to the recipient’s email address.
If you have requested immediate delivery, and didn't purchase any other items, your gift card (or any emails from us) will be sent less than 24 hours from when your order is placed.
If there are any physical items on your order, the gift card will be sent as soon as the rest of your items have been packed for shipment. Once you've received an email with the subject line "We've shipped a package to you!" your gift card has been emailed to the recipient.
My E-Gift Card was not received
If the recipient is still not seeing anything from us after 2 business days, please check all spam filters and junk boxes, and otherwise search the email account thoroughly.

The email sent to the recipient will always be titled "You've been sent a gift from..." and then the sender's name, so be sure to search for that subject in the recipient's inbox.
