Work with Zumiez

Whether you're a brand looking to get on our floor, a model interested in shooting with us, or an organization requesting a donation,  here's who to contact and what to include.

Introducing Your Brand to Zumiez

Our buying team welcomes product submissions from new brands. To be considered, send the following to [email protected]

  • An introductory letter or brief brand overview, including contact information
  • A catalog, lookbook, images, or website link
  • A pricing guide

Make sure your contact information is current. The buying team will reach out if there's interest, they are not available by phone.

Modeling With Zumiez

Zumiez features images from customers and employees and works with both agency-represented and independent models for professional shoots.

Agency-represented models: Contact your agency to schedule an audition with us.

Freelance or contract models: Reach out directly at [email protected] with the following:

  • 3–5 current photos of yourself
  • Full measurements including height, inseam, and shoe size
  • Your age
  • Your location
  • Your social media handles

A few things to know before reaching out: our photo studio is in Lynnwood, Washington. Models must provide their own transport. Zumiez does not reimburse travel costs. Shoots run Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, and are subject to short-notice schedule changes. You'll need to be able to reach our office within 24 hours when needed.

Marketing & Promotional Requests

All promotional and marketing requests must be submitted in writing. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice and include full details of your request.

Donation Requests

Zumiez considers donation requests from organizations across the country. To be reviewed, your request must include:

  • Who, what, when, where, and why of the event or cause
  • Printed on official organization letterhead
  • A Washington state shipping address (no P.O. Boxes)
  • Your organization's Tax ID or EIN

Requests must be received at least 4 weeks before your shipping deadline. If your request meets the requirements above, we'll follow up within 3 weeks. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we're unable to fulfill every submission.

Sponsorships

Zumiez does not currently sponsor individual riders and does not maintain a team roster. We do participate in events and competitions throughout the year, follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated on upcoming events.
