Willy Skate
Willy Skate Organization was made in view of a dream to join the skating local area, and in the long run the world through the straightforward idea that in the event that you are making every moment count, life is entertaining. That's kind of sick because you don't care about anything else but what you're doing right now. In West Texas, I was raised in a small town. In fact, there was no skate culture there at all when there was no skate park. There were a few spots around town where I could skate, but it was really just flat driveway ground. I got pretty good at metal fabrication after learning how to do it. Normally I needed to construct my own stuff to shred. So I did, and made my own cut of heaven in the carport. Now, halfway through college, I was doing well in the classroom and putting in work. However, I was constantly dissatisfied with the fact that the effort I was putting in was not moving me any closer to pursuing a career that piqued my interest. I wanted to do something that would let me combine skating with other activities because I was aware of my passion for the sport. That led to the formation of Willy Skate Company. The unconventional name was most certainly fairly propelled by the drudgery, yet the organization likewise bears a similar name as my granddad. He taught me that the most important thing is to enjoy every day with those around you and that good things will come to you if you work hard and treat others with kindness. Skateboarding is the ultimate outlet because it allows you to stop thinking, forget about your problems, and just have fun. If you love skateboarding, you know this. After all, that is the point. Through doing what we love, spreading kindness, and being positive, our aim is to unite people. Helping other people see the light in this world we live in. Find your playground, whether it be on a board or elsewhere. Much love, founder Shane Brock
