Tensors are the lightest skateboard truck ever built. Reviewed as having the best grind and best turning radius for improved skating. What makes them have the best grind? The kingpin sits below the hanger allowing less chance of hanging up. The hanger of the skateboard truck is made of magnesium; which is 33% lighter than aluminum, 60% lighter than titanium, and 75% lighter than steel. It is also stronger per unit volume than all three of those structural metals. For grinding, the harder the metal the less chance of the metal being gouged and slowing you down whether that be on a curb or rail.
