Founded by Blake Ricciardi in 2012, Popular Demand Clothing debuted with zero fanfare, building itself from the ground up. With very few opportunities, Blake decided to risk it all and create Popular Demand with just a mere couple of credit cards and only 4 t-shirt designs. This is where it all began. Popular Demand was built on a bold and rule-breaking mentality that helped it grow into a well established brand. In less than 30 months Popular Demand went from just a few t-shirt designs to launching a full collection featuring t-shirts, outerwear, bottoms, headwear, accessories and more sold in stores worldwide. Popular Demand apparel and accessories have been featured in many music videos and TV shows, as well as worn by platinum selling musicians, world champion athletes, high profile models and industry moguls. Thanks to the "all gas, no brakes" mentality, Popular Demand was able to open its flagship store in Los Angeles, California in less than two years into the game, an unprecedented accomplishment for a young brand in the streetwear industry. As the brand continues to grow and gain popularity around the world, Popular Demand has continues to remain true to their roots and mentality - bold, loud and unapologetic.
