Zumiez partner's employees do not work in excess of 60 hours per week, or the regular and overtime hours allowed by the laws of the manufacturing country, whichever is less. Employees must be compensated appropriately according to law for overtime and must be entitled to one day off for every seven - day period.Health and Safety
Zumiez will use vendor and manufacturing partners that provide their workers with a safe and healthy work environment, which is in compliance with country and local health and safety laws and regulations, as well as a safe and healthy living place if one is provided.Environment
Zumiez contractors and vendors must comply with all applicable environment laws and regulations. Factories are encouraged to have an environmental management system (EMS) or an environmental management plan in place and reduce the environmental impacts of their operations.Subcontracting
Zumiez suppliers will not work with subcontractors for Zumiez products without written authorization from Zumiez. Subcontractor has to agree to comply with the Zumiez requirements.Legal Requirements

Zumiez reserves the right to take whatever actions are necessary to protect its interests including terminating its business relationship with any supplier that does not respect the Code or comply with its legal obligations.
