Founded in 2009 by professional skateboarder and designer Adrian Lopez, Dark Seas Clothing was established as an extension of Lopez's skating profession, and soon became one of the defining points of his career. The idea behind Dark Seas was to combine pastimes with influences incorporating inspiration from historic moments. Working directly with creative friends and artistic designers to produce unique and original graphics, Dark Seas Clothing seeks to create original clothing and streetwear like t-shirts and tank tops that embody the every day craftsman as well as the mischievous gentleman from one generation to the next. Built with soft and durable cotton constructions, Dark Seas tee shirts and tank tops are designed to to be comfortable and withstand the wear and tear of skateboarding, and feature unique nautical style graphics.
