A killer combination of snowboarding and skateboarding, snowskates are the best way to shred the snow, while utilizing both your skate and snowboard skills. A snowskate is essentially a skateboard deck (just slightly larger than average) with a slick base that allows the snowskater to ride on snow.
Single deck snowskates can be ridden on any snowy ground or incline. These boards have a channel base that allows the rider to retain control of the snowskate by using their weight.
Bi-level snowskates on the other hand can be ridden at most major resorts with the use of a leash. Bi-level decks have an attached ski with a metal edge that allows you to easily carve and control your speed.
