Is my store offering curbside pick up?
We want to be there for you while we continue to keep you and our employees as safe as possible. To that end, when required, some of our stores will offer curbside pickup. Other stores will have both in-store shopping and curbside options available – use our store locator to check out all the options for picking up your stuff!
Getting your stuff
Under the circumstances, there may be some delays in delivery. In the case of international deliveries, you will likely experience a long delay. We suggest heading to your local Zumiez to get ahead of the rush and beat potential online shipping delays this holiday.
For specific delivery information:
- You can see the status of your order at any time in your customer account or under track my order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can track your order to see estimated delivery dates and any updates from the carrier.
- Use our carrier websites to find out about their current delivery restrictions or delays in your area.
Exchanges and Returns
The fastest and easiest way to exchange or return your items is to visit your local store! If you don't have a local store, check out directions for exchanges & returns here. We have extended our return policy so you can exchange or return up to 30 days after your local store reopens.
The best thing we all can do right now is to stay connected, listen and learn from each other, follow the instructions of our local governments and health organizations so that we can contain the spread of the virus and get back to normal as quickly as possible!
