What is the Zumiez.com Return Policy?
 

  1. All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased.
  2. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
  3. All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
  4. After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
  5. If you believe there is a manufacturer's defect in an item, please contact Customer Care or the store where you made the purchase.
  6. All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
  7. All merchandise purchased online with PayPal must be returned or exchanged directly to Zumiez.com, following the instructions below.
  8. Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.
  9. All returns (refunds or exchanges) without a receipt will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
  10. Purchases made in Canadian Zumiez locations may be returned to any Canadian Zumiez store, and cannot be returned to a U.S. store or Zumiez.com. Purchases made in U.S. stores or online may not be returned in Canadian stores.


 
I bought something while on vacation in the U.S. – can I return the item to a store in Canada?
 

Currently, all purchases must be returned in the country they are purchased in. If you made a purchase in a U.S. store, you may mail the return to Zumiez.com (see info below) for a refund to a gift card. Please be sure to include a mailing address for the gift card.

 
How do I return product purchased online at Zumiez.com?
 

To return an item to Zumiez.com, please fill out the information below on the back of your invoice:

  1. Circle the item(s) you are returning or exchanging on the front side of the Invoice
  2. On the back of the confirmation select the reason for return or exchange or return
  3. Choose a replacement or refund for item(s)
    • send exact replacement
    • send the same item in this_____ size
    • credit my charged card (Choose this if you are returning)
    • credit my Zumiez Gift Card
    • Other_________________
  4. Enclose the completed Invoice with the items you are returning. Send back to Zumiez.com using the preprinted shipping label on the other side of the Confirmation Form, or hand write the following address:

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return is received at our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed once it is complete.
